Tempering chocolate is the process of heating and cooling the chocolate in order to stabilize the molecules. This puts the chocolate in the ideal state for the ultimate enjoyment. In our opinion, tempered chocolate is perfect chocolate!
Because we don’t use any artificial ingredients or preservatives, Tempered truffles are best enjoyed within the first 2 weeks of purchase. Our chocolate bars have a 1 year shelf life.
We recommend storing your luxury chocolates at room temperature. Refrigeration is not recommended.
We source the majority of our ingredients from local purveyors. We use organic cream, butter, and coconut oil to ensure the highest quality and best tasting products.
Many of our truffle flavors are naturally gluten free, and some are vegan. We are always happy to customize any of our flavors to be gluten free or vegan with advanced notice and with a minimum order. Please call the store for details.
Most of our products are nut free, however we have a few items that contain nuts. Please ask in store for details.
